Engineered for semiconductor power modules, high-temperature furnace liners, electronic circuit substrates, and severe thermal management systems, MIDDIA SN04 Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Ceramic Sheets and Plates provide unparalleled structural integrity. Manufactured from hot-pressed silicon nitride ceramic, these high-density plates rank among the hardest materials available, delivering extraordinary flexural strength and high impact resistance. Featuring a extremely low thermal expansion coefficient combined with superior thermal conductivity, SN04 plates demonstrate outstanding resistance to severe thermal shock and rapid temperature cycling without cracking or warping. Chemically inert and non-magnetic, they resist corrosion from strong acids, alkalis, and molten non-ferrous metals while providing exceptional electrical breakdown resistance (recommended for continuous high-strength operation up to 1200 degrees Celsius). Available in both black and white formulations with fully customized dimensions, thickness tolerances, and surface polishing, MIDDIA offers comprehensive OEM/ODM engineering customization, low MOQ wholesale options, and fast global delivery.

Silicon nitride (Si3N4) is a high melting point ceramic material with extremely high hardness and chemical inertness. Especially hot-pressed silicon nitride is one of the hardest substances in the world. Silicon nitride ceramics have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity, so they have excellent thermal shock resistance. Silicon nitride has high strength and impact resistance at not too high temperatures. However, when used above 1200°C, it will be damaged with the increase of service time, reducing its strength.
